Question Visa for a business partner

Hey Guys, I'm Garry and am involved in a project in the US that will require my moving to the US very soon. I am involved in creating an Online college and the LLC for my four US partners and I will be registered next week. At the moment I have been doing a lot of work in the UK, but will need to be in Colorado by the end of the summer.
Any advice on the visa front? I could get a long term temporary work visa but as a registered director and co owner of the college, that is employing American cirizens, is there a way of speeding up the process?

I've moved you over to the America section and changed your thread title in hopes of attracting some responses. We've had lots of discussions about the various types of "investment" visas, but I'm not sure if that would apply in your case.
Cheers,
Bev
