Im married to a US citizen and I want to live in the US canI get a social security number wit my marriage certificate I only have my marriage certificate and a passport

You need to have your US spouse apply to sponsor you for a spouse visa - which will result in your getting a green card and a social security number as part of the process. As your "sponsor" your spouse needs to have adequate income to keep you off public benefits and a place for both of you to live. He or she can use a co-sponsor if this is a problem, usually a family member (but not necessarily so).

they can file for spousal visa
