Question Moving with South African Fiance to US?

I'm a US Citizen and interested in the steps to bring my South African fiance to the USA to live and work. He has visited the US and has a current tourist visa to enter the USA.

Can we get married in the US while he is on this visitor visa? We don't need a fiance visa I don't think?

What is the next step for a spouse visa and work for him? The US immigration website is terribly confusing!

I have already done all of this for myself living in South Africa, but don't know where to start going in this direction to bring fiance to USA to live and work.

Does anyone have experience bringing their foreign fiance to the US and settling in the states to live and work? I greatly appreciate any feedback and help!

J.

You can marry in the US, she goes back and you go through CR1 filing. You file K1 and marry when the application has been approved. Basically 6-9 months either way. K1 she will be able to work immediatelly upon arrival or better one her Social Security Number has been issued.
