Question H1b dependent

Dear all,
Hope you doing good.
I have a premium H1B petition
I was thinking of giving my wife's details as dependent in my DS 160 form.
Is it advisable to go this way or shall i get my visa first and then apply for my wife's dependent visa h4?

Please guide me and advise me the better option.

Thanks....

thats correct. if i show her as my dependent.
I wanted to know if it better to apply for my visa first. after i get my visa i will then go for dependent h4 visa. Is this preferred?
or shall i apply for the dependent's visa along with me only.
which approach is better considering less chances of rejection.

Thanks....
