Default Living abroad, but want to start business in home country?
Ok, so I'm currently living overseas in Korea and I will continue to be here for the next 6 months at least. It's stable with low hours and minimal work, which I'm feeling is the perfect time to invest some money to start up my own online business. However, I'm wonder of the legal matters of this: Though I will likely be back in the US (as that is where I'm originally from) in March before tax season ends, I don't know how to go about or what the legal matters are for starting an online business in the US while you yourself is still living abroad.

Does anybody have any idea what the legal matters are on this? Anybody have experience with this? Thanks in advance!
