Default Emigrating to USA - vaccinations?

Am currently in the middle of applying for a CR-1 visa to move to the USA from the UK - my wife (in Wisconsin) submitted the I-130 nearly three months ago, so we're waiting on that to be approved.

In the meantime, I'm trying to get whatever I can sorted out, including vaccinations. From the travel.state.gov website, it says...

Quote:
What vaccinations are required?

The following vaccinations are required for immigration purposes:

Hepatitis A
Hepatitis B
Influenza
Influenza type b (Hib)
Measles
Meningococcal
Mumps
Penumococcal
Pertussis
Polio
Rotavirus
Rubella
Tetanus and diphtheria toxoids
Varicella
Can I have these done (or at least the ones I don't have already) at my local GP/health centre, or would they have to be done at the same time as my medical exam in London?

Thanks in advance

I had most of mine done as a child so went to my GP who provided proof of these, I only needed one more which I got at a clinic in london, cost about 90.
