EDV lottery progrem help needed

I am one of the selected candidate of the EDV lottery program 2013. I just got married at the time while I fill up the lottery form. But she left me after 2 months of our marriage. And since then we have no contact with each other. And we haven't got registered of our marriage. How shall I sent documentation proof for this to the US EDV lottery department. Please I need help fast. I have limited time left.
