Lightbulb green card for spouse, determining my domiscile?

Hiya, apologies for re-treading this ground if it's been discussed elsewhere, but I have a few situation specific questions I just wanted to clarify before I begin organising all my documentation for the i-130 form. I'm a US citizen and my (soon to be) husband is a UK citizen. I've been on a UK student visa for 3 years now and it expires on Oct 31st this year. We will be married by then (in the USA). I plan on leaving & re-entering the UK in order to stay for 6 months as a visitor, which is legally allowed as long as I don't plan to work. By the time I return to the USA, I expect that (hopefully) I will have the i-864 affadavit of support to fill out which requires I have a domiscile in the US. Obviously I have been in the UK for years now but we plan on living in the USA and I have student loans, a joint bank account with my mother, and a place to stay (with my parents) there. Will this be suitable to qualify me as having a domiscile in the US? I can easily get a letter from someone willing to employ me upon my return as well, but because I can't work in the UK I won't have any employment/financial details to include on my form. My parents will be covering that aspect as joint sponsors and make well above the annual guidelines for a household that includes me and my husband.

Anyway, my main question is this: under these circumstances, will I be fine to be my husband's main sponsor?

Thanks for any help or advice anyone can give, hugely appreciated!

Your parents' home will be your domicile until you move.
I have to think on the sponsor question.
