Default Immigration & US Universities

Hello everyone!
I'll keep this very short: I'm planning to move to the US under the Fiance Visa.
After I move, get married etc etc, will I still be considered an International student (and therefore pay more money) if I try to enter a school and obtain a Master's Degree?

Thank you.

Read up on requirements for in-state tuition on any educational institution's site; legal resident, 1 year verifiable residence in state.

It will vary by university. State run universities and colleges usually require that you have been resident in the state for some period of time (like 1 year) before you are considered an "in-state" student.

Private universities and colleges can do pretty much as they like, because there is no segregation into "in-state" and "out-of-state" when it comes to fees. It's possible you may be considered an "international" student based on where you got your undergraduate degree, and thus subject to some further requirements for admission (i.e. language test, evaluation of your foreign degree) - but that shouldn't make any difference for your tuition fees.
Cheers,
Bev
