I am 21 and graduated from university last year with a sports degree. How can I find work in the sports profession or how do I move to America in general?

Read up on US visa requirements, go through some old threads, familiarize yourself with the subject. How do you go about finding a job in the UK with a sports degree? It is pretty much the same here. Job boards, appropriate employer web sites, networking. Your added handicap is the necessary visa.
