The study time is I believe 900hrs but have you tried the work experience route it means getting references from all your employers which is time consuming but you could ask for a consultation with an agent and find out about other visas I think a sticky at the top of the forum covers this.
I think the work experience is proving you have worked in your job for 6 years or more and been continually doing this job for the last 12 months out of 24 I might be wrong but I am sure others with more knowledge will post onto this thread
My Wife works for a Bank, in a control group dealing with auditing departments to ensure payments as being made properly and that trades are all booked correctly. Have looked on the list under finance and banking and they tend to cover Branch Managers or Financial advisors. So I do not think she would be able to apply under the 175 visa.
I have now had an email from vetassess that the NVQ Level 4 would be acceptable, and that it would not be an issue that the course was not 2 years long.
I am going to goto the EXPO in March at Chelsea so will speak to a few agent when I am there.
