They utilize recruitment agencies to the max so depending on your work experience and your degree, you could possibly get sponsored...but luck plays a huge part in it...as i have not got sponsored and am dying to get back down there to live, the only thing you can guarantee yourself is the one year holiday visa and go from there...at the very least, you get an awesome year in Australia. Its amazing...
