If you are receiving free medical care in the US, and have a chronic disease that is expensive to manage, you are pretty much locked into the system, and probably into the state you live in, as requirements change from state to state. For those of us that either don't have insurance, or are paying at least US$275 per month plus copays, etc. for private insurance, Mexican medical care is a good deal.
