We were hoping she would be eligible for the equivalent of HECS.
Ive searched to try and find that requirement but found nothing. Uni fees are now up to £3k a year after the top up was added. For example my daughters tuition fees were £1000 per year in Derby before top up came in.

I would have thought that having a British passport she would be eligible, I think all you can do is email one of the universities to check
