We will be moving from the US to Mexico City next year. My 6 year old has a strong peanut allergy. Any advice on how best to cope with this situation.

Are labels on food products in major supermarkets dependable ?
Is peanut oil commonly used ?
IS there any awareness of this allergy in the country ?
