The philippines is on my list of countries im considering moving to for the next 2-5 years of my life.

Since my business is all online/remote, my number 1 concern is internet connection, in fact, available speeds will probably determine where I choose to live.

If cost is no object for internet connection, what city in the philippines has the absolute best/fastest connection?

I am more interested in speed over reliability, since it seems reliability is not really gonna happen anyways, haha.

I assume there are high-end luxury condos and other western/modernized buildings that cater to the wealthy that require high speeds right?
