Ah I wasn't paying enough attention, the main dealers, of course they can afford to have a tea maker just for the mechanics who stand about waiting for drop-ins
I didn't think of the all the kwik fit-esque drop in centres, I forget about them as don't really consider them as garages, I think a garage should have mechanics not fitters. Mind you if you want an oil change in a hurry then they are just the ticket............ your right I think it's just a France thing
