Clearly DMC didn't sell her counterfeit goods. It was the Ebay seller, which I take it you didn't actually receive as they were seized at customs. I'm sure you don't want to deal with this anymore. It sounds like a complete nightmare. But perhaps you should look into malpractice on the part of the attorneys! How can they not have told you this was coming to court? How could they not defend you as you bought in good faith, not knowing they were counterfeit?

So sorry to hear your story. It sounds completely crazy.
