If your job is part-time work then do clearly state it is part-time (I recall there is 'tick box' to select whether the applicant or sponsor is working full time or part time). This is not a concern as I myself worked part time and stated this...just be honest that is very important. In regards to average salary I would state the range of your salary per month i.e. for example between £1400-£1600 net per month and also mention that your salary is in between this range sometimes less and sometimes more. I also believe you are required to provide work address so this way if they have any doubts they will contact your work contact although this is highly unlikely.
