People who are moving and planning to do certifications, do it in India only. Certifications which are internationally recognised, will be cheaper in India. I did ISTQB in India and it is just 4000Rs. When I checked in Australia, the fee is around 300AUD = 15000Rs

So better do it in India and Even you could get a lot of material in India for study.
