1. Certified copies - Any public notary or attestation?

2. Certified copies of Detailed Employment References - Are these just the experience letters like appointment and relieving or any other specific formats?

3. Skill Level - As a developer we are eligible for Analyst, developer and software engineer. Any specific write up where I can find where do we fit exactly and also any preference from the assessment authority?
