I live near Aix en Provence, and there are hospitals in Aix en Provence, I would suggest that you visit a local doctor where you come to live in France, he will then reffer you to a hospital. The general hospitals here are very good and you will pay according to treatment required. Private clinics will be more expensive. If you are living in Spain do you have private insurance that will cover you if you travel? If so you should be ok. I am going to work now, I will send you some information for the hospital in Aix en Provence when I return this evening.
