HI i had a quick look at the company they dont seem to be offering anything you could not do yourself. how much time you have will decide if its worth it. if you stay as long as you can (self catering gives you more of a feel).

New Home in Cyprus - independent property agent (mostly in paphos but they also work in limassol) i know its not limassol but it gives you an idea of help you would get from a company.when buying at no extra cost. Good reputable agents will help you with these items as long as you take time to talk to them, my husband seems to spend more time arranging people to be moved in get electricand water on pointing out schools doctors hospitals etc pm me if we can help Tricia
