Thanks for that we are going to have a look today
Did I mention that my son is living in Australia and has nearly been resident for two years but because we have 4 cildren even though they are over the ages of 22 and are not dependant we would not pass the oz balance test for parents.
We are not married and I just wanted to think what you would think about this I have already spoken to a migration consultnt and they said it does happen but for obvious reasons she was telling me this off the record
Firstly I myself could go on a contributory parent visa it would cost about £12,000 plus about £4,000 assurance of support, but I would have to completely seperate all my ties to Tony my partner.
But thenhe would need to go on a seperate visiting visa for a period of time and evedntually I would sponsor him
What do you think
