I wish I could help - hopefully someone who has been through will reply.

I had to do the IT assessment and my husband submit to a gardening assessment (all paperwork) and we had to do that before we applied for a visa. If we didn't get the assessments then we could go for the visa since the visa depended on the skills assessments.
