You've posted this now several times with no response. If you're an American moving to Lyon, can you get some assistance from your employer or school (assuming you're over on a work or student visa)? These are the "traditional" sources of assistance in finding a flat.
Otherwise, you need to simply start contacting rental agents when you hit town.
