In my search on the Internet for expat and Mexican cultural information, I noted numerous web sites that addressed the social issues of foreigners living in Mexico. I dislike using the term "foreigner", but I couldn't think of a better term! I would do a Google search, or whatever search engine you prefer, for social gatherings in the Mexico City area,
