my suggestion, book a court marriage asap, get it done with, get the certificate and send it to the case officer (if you have one already) else upload it, as and when you get a CO you both will get a visa together. there are one zillion proofs required if you plan to apply for her visa after you get yours. but remember you do need a marriage certificate if you plan to add her now, you can not jsut add her without any documents.
