We can get to know if a CO has been allotted only when he/she emails us to ask for any extra documents or other information needed thereof. The fact that your medicals went from "referred" to "finalised" in itself proves that you already have a CO. There have been cases wherein applicants who front loaded everything (including PCCs and Meds) never heard from the CO and just received the grant letter in the mailbox.

I'd say just relax now that you've done your part. If the CO needs something, you'll be asked, else the grant letter would be delivered!!!
