Folks,

I have a Temporary Residence 475 Visa which has been sposored by the South Australian govt. This visa basically permits me to stay in SA for 02 years out of which i have to spend atleast one year working doing any job. After that i am free to apply for a PR and move on to other parts of OZ wherein there are better jobs.

Now jobs in SA are very very limited and I dont really want to do odd jobs for the next 2-3 years till i get a PR as it will be very difficult for me to support my wife and child with the meagre income.

So was wondering if a company in Melbourne can actually sponsor me for PR w/o me actually having to work for them? I mean i know a chap who runs a co over there so does it make sense requesting them. So is it possible? Yea i know it sounds a bit unethical but is this a crack in the system?
