Thanks... just tried and confirmed the system would not allowed a new application to be filed when there is another one already submitted previously.
I have submitted an application previously electronically more than 2 years ago... and it is still in Cat 4 and loosing hope on being get processed.... and time is running out for me as would not be eligible to apply when comes to July 2011.
Already got skill assessed under Cat 3 skills and ready to submit again. try not to give up hope on getting back the refund for the application fee paid previously should the DIAC decided to refund to those who have applied previously.
Hence, trying to find ways to have 2 applications running at the same time....
