Default Renew / appeal for RRV to Australia for former Aussie PRs who did not live for 2 year

Hello Nancy,
Myself, my wife and 2 kids had Australian PR and unfortunately the re-entry permit expired on Aug 15 2008. I have not lived in Australia for 2 years in the last cycle of 5 years. Iam employed in Singapore and have Asiapac Management responsibility for IT of 13 countries including Australia. Can you or your firm help us make an appeal on this or other ground to apply for RRV. Will appreciate a call from you at your convenience.

Regards
Rafiqul Islam
