I have just joined this website and now read your question about New Zealand. I hope that by now you have been and seen for yourself. I moved to new zealand from uk 5 years ago. I tried to return for a few years last year but only lasted 9 months before having to come back. It is now definitely home for us and we would never think of leaving. My 2 daughters are here now as well and they are confirmed Kiwis too. How can there be not much to see in a country the size of uk but with only 4 million people?! Watch the Lord of the Rings Trilogy. It could only have been filmed in NZ! The people are laid back and welcoming and they take you as they find you. As to finding somewhere to live, well, it is so much easier than the uk I don't know where to start. On 2 occasions I have flown here and found a job, a house and a car within 2 weeks!
