We live in Spain on pensions from uk but we are not pension age yet.We are selling our property here to go back to uk because of health reasons.This is our only property and we have been told that we need to make ourselves resident in Spain then we will not have to pay tax when we sell.We have owned the property since February 2006 but was told we did not have to become residents because we are from an eu country.Help if you can we are totally confused
