I could not obtain any more reliable information until now, but I did contact a Swiss friend in Tarragona, which is also retired and in more ore less similar financial conditions as myself. He also is not taxable in Spain, because of no Spanish income.. For me it did work like this: I had to make a declaration where it was mentioned that I did my pay my tax in Switzerland. Since it is income of a state pension, I have no choice as to pay taxes in Switzerland. I do not know how this exactly works, but I never had to pay a dime taxes in Spain. I have a NIE and all the other paperwork done properly, including Bank account. Maybe I would also pay less in Spain, I have no idea, but I do not have the choice.
