We expect to be renting in either Arabian Ranches or Springs etc. I believe there are 3 Hayya gyms in Springs, although the website says one has been closed ??

What would be the options if we were in Palmera Arabian Ranches please?

So far I have found 1 independent gym, Optimal Fitness, but the cost is 4x what I pay at home and I have no idea of this is the norm, or whether that is unusual.

Many thanks in advance

If any of the ladies out there have used the gyms, I would love to hear your recommendations, experiences etc.

Hi there, I don't know about in your particular area but there are loads throughout Dubai, have a look on timeoutdubai website. I have recently arrived in Dubai, I work evenings and weekends and am addicted to studio classes, it does cost me about 50% more out here per class than it did in the uk but i have not signed up as a member so i'd expect if you took up a membership it would be cheaper but still a little more than the uk. I save on travelling expenses though as I use a place in the next building. I'd weigh up how much it'l average per visit, and check out what classes they offer at times/days that you are able to go. It may work out better to travel a bit further. Plus you can jog round safa park any time of day for free!

Hope this helps.
