Stavinsky, you probably also have income in Spain. Since you can only be taxed in one country, you will pay taxes for all your income in Spain. I do not have income in Spain and do pay the taxes for my pension in Switzerland. There is a tax agreement between the two countries in order to avoid double taxing, and of course also tax evasion. So, since I have no income in Spain, I will not be taxable in Spain. Maybe for England this is different, I do not know. This is a rule, which does exist since a long time, for several countries, and I never heard about a change. But I still will get some official info and let you know.
