There is a wide selection of VPN services out there and I can only vouch for the one I use which is provided by TUVPN which was extremely easy to set up and furthermore also extretmely easy to change your ip address allowing you to appear in a country of your choosing and thus watch content geographically restricted. It obviously comes at a cost but is in my mind worth it. I also use Free as my ISP and am reasonably happy with the level of content I can watch in VO ie English. I cant suffer to watch films dubbed into French, or into any other language for that matter.
Hope this information helps in some way,

There are free proxy server providers out there in etherland. Advertisers pay for the cost. The one I use doesn't require I change any settings. One mouse click hides my address and I can access Hulu.
