As mentioned above, if you have a US iTunes account, (I have), it also has to be linked to an American Payment card (I have), but the address the payment card is linked to ALSO has to be in the US (I don't have!!!). Damn it. We no longer live in the US so our US bank accounts have our French address, but thus doesn't satisfy the great Gods of Video licensing across our small planet!
One day, I hope we'll see video distribution as global as music.
In the meantime, our AppleTV is limited to a paltry few VOST films. A most disappointing Christmas present - buyer beware!
