Regret to inform though that after you have been living here for 6 months you will become a Spanish Tax resident and will be liable for taxes here in Spain, not in the UK. Offshore, UK, wherever ... it does not matter. Your taxes will have to be paid in your country of residence, i.e. Spain.
That will include
Income tax: On any income from investments, rents, bonds etc etc
Wealth tax: On your worldwide assets

Is this really correct? I did live in Spain for eight years on a pension coming from Switzerland. I do have a NIE #, and all my paperwork is 100% legal. I never had to pay taxes in Spain! I was told" No income in Spain = No taxes in Spain". The same was also during my stay in France and the Philippines. Also, the Swiss do deduct some amount for taxes on my pension at the source. But maybe this did change??? I will look in relevant documents concerning the matter.
