Property prices here on Corfu are stable - although due to the dreadful exchange rate: pound to euro - people are holding off from buying and waiting to see what happens - Tourism is suffering although the slight decrease in visitors has made Corfu alot more desirable as a place to live The outcome will be residential tourism and those who have relocate will sustain the economy along with the Greeks and other ex-pats This situation has driven prices down slightly - to a more sensible level - which isnt a bad thing - many villa's were over priced in our opinion.
