Warm greetings from a Cold place! I have joined this group since I endavour finding employment oppertunities in Dubai. I hope to find some leads or pointers into the right direction within this group within my praticular employment interest.

I currently doing contract-work down South on the Antarctic Continent. I am employed as an Electronic Engineer. My contract ends March 2k9 and I will back in South Africa, Cape Town, towards the beginning of April 2k9. I have left Cape Town for the South Pole in Dec 2k8.

My duties include maintenance/ repairs and support of electronic equipment including Radio Telecomms as well as maintaining the local computer network infrastructure. I supply logistic support to visitors in the form of a HelpDesk and hands-on installation of computer/electronic equipment as well as software support etc.

If there sis omeone in this group who can recommend suitable avenues for me to investigate, or know off-hand which businesses I can approach, I would appreciate hearing from you.

I hope that I can add in the future to this forum to help making it interesting reading!
