You could try the DIAC visa wizard to see if anything there comes up - it's in the 'PLEASE READ....' sticky thread towards the top of the forum.

Employers don't tend to come on here. Some people have had some success with making connections through Linked In.

Not every business can sponsor since they need to meet some guidelines to be able to sponsor you.
