I am a mgt professional with 12 yrs exp , I have an offer from Abu Dhabi based co. - base salary 15,000 Dhs, plus family acco , plus car, plus insurance and air passage. I also have an offer in India for Rs. 3.5 Mn (approx USD75k) CTC from a UK based firm. Ofcourse this would be taxable @30%.

I am evaluating the two, would welcome comments on the UAE offer, which will help me take a call. I will be moving with my wife.
