Well after almost 6 months of trying, my daughter just sold her little house. Real problem was that she had bought in partnership with the ex-boyfriend and needed to break off the old relationship totally. New boyfriend helped her decorate and tidy place up, she dropped price by 10% and then accepted an offer a little less again but she is happy with result. I am afraid she has learned the hard way that owning your own house is not always a money maker.
