Hiya Strav Its on them all , it was sold once then the guy couldnt sell his and it all went pear shaped . Tried an agent sent round the wrong type of people so nocked them on the head . now its on the web only . Considering a drop in price and a new agent maybe .

Things just arent moving here , the areas full of houses with for sale signs and there getting cobwebs , same ones been on sale months as well .

Trouble is,, is the market going to improve or deteriate more so its a puzzle to know wether to just keep it and ride the storm or reduce and take the drop.. If only i had a crystal ball right ..
