Hi,

We are about to apply for my husbands 'Tra' & it appears that you may need formal training, apprenticeship or vocational traineeship!

My husband learnt his trade from an old boss that he used to work for, approx 10 years ago, he now owns his own successfull business, but im really worried that this isnt going to count.

We hadnt even been aware of this, we just went along thinking, its Ok they need roof tilers/slaters in Australia, now we are worried!

I'd love to hear from anyone with advice, or anyone that has been in a similair situation?
