I'm going to be setting up in France (Mayenne). I've been here 11 years, and have gained quite a lot of experience translating and assisting British people in my last job, including translating for the local Gendarmes.

I've applied to be a trductrice assermentée, but I won't know whether I've been accepted until the end of the year. I hope so, because as you say, that's quite an important part of the market.
