If you look at the sticky thread at the top of the forum page "please read...." there is a link to the DIAC website. All the visa categories are there. TBH with most visa categories, your job has to be on the skills in demand list.

I'd definitely get in contact with an agent. They'll be able to give you advice on your options. The first consultation is usually free without obligation. There are 2 migration agents who occasionally post on here, send them a PM/email and see what they say (Alan Collett and Liana Allen).
