thanks for your reply and advice. I guess I am a bit deflated. I'd naively thought it would be straight forward, oh well..! deep breath... I will check out the DIAC website and Australia house, (obvious to you but not to me..!) maybe then I will have some luck.

Nothing wrong with hairdressers either and lots of great ones in Liverpool ( I lived there myself for 4 years) but I know I would make a shocking one, so back to the drawing board.
